In part two of a three-week mini-series, this class focuses on recognizing, honoring, and becoming aware of sensations in your body. This awareness helps to strengthen the mind-body connection and provides a greater level of awareness off the mat. With a greater level of awareness, we can better regulate thoughts, emotions, and actions.
