Kelley Bonner is currently the Director of Workplace Violence Prevention and Response for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). She is a licensed clinical social worker, a violence preventionist, and a workplace culture strategist with over 15 years of experience. Whether working in the prison system, with veterans, or in a scientific agency, Kelley has dedicated herself to championing inclusion and equity and amplifying the voices of the marginalized.
