t-Radio had to opportunity to meet Edwin Soon, a recognized and qualified oenologist contributing wine editor to various magazines such as Wine and Dine, Harper’s Bazaar and the Malaysian ‘Star’.

Edwin was one of the speakers featured at the Dilmah School of Tea, 2016, where he went into depth on the subject of tea pairing.
