Tony Bennett and Wally Walker, two Virginia basketball legends, are set to be inducted into the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame. Bennett, with his fifteen-year tenure, led the Cavaliers to a historic NCAA Championship, six ACC regular-season titles, and ten NCAA Tournament appearances. Walker, a standout player, spearheaded Virginias first ACC Tournament championship and NCAA Tournament berth, earning the Everett Case Award. He also won NBA championships with the Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle SuperSonics. The induction ceremony is on April twenty-fifth.
