On the road again! We are officially on the road again, this time for the #TakeAHikeDiabetes​ Tour, showcasing three urban backpacking trips to introduce more people to the healing power of nature and share about the benefits of hiking for diabetes prevention and management. Through the Take a Hike, Diabetes Tour, we invite folks living with or working to prevent diabetes to join our Million Mile Challenge to develop healthy habits and tell diabetes to take a hike!   

Our first urban adventure is a hike around Chicago, June 1-20. Join us to learn more about the tour and hear about our first week on the road.
