Visa (V) Stock Analysis: Buy After Failed Plaid Acquisition?

Visa (#V) is is an American financial services corporation that facilitates electronic funds transfers throughout the world. They operate through their popular Visa-branded credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards. In 2020 #Visa had announced that it was going to acquire another financial technology company, Plaid, for $5.3 billion. This week Visa called off the acquisition after the U.S. Department of Justice sued to block the transaction basing the suit on antitrust laws. At the beginning of the week shares of Visa were trading for $215 and are now at $200, down -7.5%. The stock has been struggling to break through $215 since February of 2020 and consistently sell-off when touching the resistance level. Is now the dip to buy Visa #stock?
