Welcome to the continuation of our series that focuses on vision. In our world today we often mark great leaders with the compliment “they are a visionary.” More often than not there is a common understanding as to what exactly that compliment means when it is given to a leader, the common understanding and assumption is that the person was able to see something before others did, they had a mental image and a passion that drove them to see in detail a dream as if it were a reality.
