Yesenia brings over 15 years of leadership and real estate experience. From leading 140 high performing teams worldwide for Hewlett-Packard Software, to rehabbing condos and single-family homes since 2004, to new construction development on the islands of Hawaii, California, and Tennessee. As a Real Estate Coach, she brings years of deal analyzing & underwriting residential and commercial deals nationally. She currently Coaches thousands of real estate business owners on growing & scaling their businesses.

Yesenia was born and raised in Luquillo, Puerto Rico. She came to the USA at the age of 10 1⁄2 where she first realized that it was a big world after all. She joined the Air Force at the age of 20 to pursue her dream of traveling the world. Yesenia worked hand-in-hand with our Nation’s Leaders, as part of SAM Fox, our Nation’s VIP Flying Unit. She is a graduate of Argosy University with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Strategic Planning and she is also a disabled veteran who proudly served 10 years in the United States Air Force.
