Poetry is a language that connects us to the sentiment of things. It’s a coded language to help un earth, decipher the true meaning and nature of things. In life, like poetry the nature of things and the meaning within, can be missed if we failed to de mystify it. This poem is really about things that last. It’s about upholding a “Vision of Zen” despite the current circumstances. A steady vision not deterred by the highs and lows, setbacks and the successes. A positive vision or higher frequency enables us to rise up to the possibility instead of fall down and succumb to disillusionment. It begs the question, "Is the state of “Zen” even possible in the 21st-century?"
