In the second of our mini-series on the values behind bread, Ed looked at ‘Truth’. We want bread to be a church full of the truth of Jesus. Firstly we are called to experience and believe the truth - the starting point of the christian faith is seeing, or seeing anew who Jesus is. From this naturally flows worship, discipleship and calling. Let us  therefore preach the truth to a world in need. Where the message of culture is so often the opposite, Jesus’ gospel of amazing grace is freedom indeed. Finally, let us follow the truth. Obedience in calling and lifestyle is the way on to Christian maturity and fullness of life. Discipleship is where we really come alive.
