I have Ben Stein on the podcast who is plateau breakthrough coach at Purpose Up, author, podcast host and world traveler.  He launched the Purpose Up Podcast and Purpose Up Coaching to help guide and inspire professionals to land their dreams jobs, lead teams that love them, and help them find true purpose and fulfillment. In the episode, we discuss his past and what he has learned through his journey up to this point. He also gives great suggestions to anyone that is struggling through this pandemic. 

I have Nick Slack on the podcast who is the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at WCG Clinical based in Princeton, New Jersey. Nick has more than a decade of leadership experience in the clinical research industry. We discuss the importance of finding the right mentor and the different experiences that you will go through your life journey. I have Guillermo Santos on the podcast, who is a rising junior at Claremont McKenna College majoring in Economics with a dual major in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) with a sequence in Finance. He is the co-founder and current vice-president of the El Paso Leadership Network, a non-profit organization that provides a range of services that seek to improve the economic, educational, and governmental sectors of El Paso. We discuss how our similar backgrounds shaped the individuals we are today and how finding purpose in life can create impact in others. 

I have special guest Martin Ruiz. Martin is a business owner of two companies based in the Rio Grande Valley. He is an entrepreneur that shares his story from the beginning and details his process of working alongside Elon Musk and his company SpaceX. Martin also shares tips and advice on how to create a successful company from scratch.

We discuss the Rio Grande Valley impact on individuals that are raised here and the future we see here in the local region.
