Hello, my fellow failures!
You know when I was just a rookie fuck up I used to think I could just muscle my way through any issue. I thought that any pain and emotional hurt that I had could just be buried and pushed deep down in my stomach for later Kiko to deal with. The Kiko that had the money for a therapist or designer drugs. I knew that my mental health wasn't great (and that's underselling it), and that I would eventually have to literally pay for it. However, after years of avoidance and hair loss, I learned that the one thing that could have helped me the entire time was free of charge and could have been done almost anywhere (please don't do it while driving)- Mediation. So with that in mind and no formal training what so ever, I wanted to dedicate this episode and more like it to mindful meditation. Today's session will be a guided visual meditation that I didn't invent, but put my own spin on. Please enjoy!
