Poor guided visualization

This does not do a good job of guiding you through the visualization process. It doesn't hit success visualization like you would expect. I don't recommend it.

Meh..

I would have liked a true visualization where it would have taken you into your own success, however this book only tells you that you "could" visualize but don't visualize to far ahead. The book was promising and continually stopped short failing to get to a real self visualization
