Welcome to the very first episode of the Visuals of Spirit Podcast!
The best place for us to begin our journey is with the mind. This is where our perceptions stem from and are made. We cling to the thoughts like they are reality, but the truth is that our clinging to them make them reality. So with this in mind I will be sharing a very special clip from Alan Watts given at a convention on mindfulness. 
My hope is the start of this podcast will help you on your spiritual journey. Sometimes reading the texts just isn't enough because we struggle with applying it to our every day lives.
