In this episode Vivian Chen, Recruiting Manager, Early Talents Program @ Lyft, shares her story about studying English and Politics at Pomona, working at the Asian American Resource Center and with the Asian American Mentorship Program, and how she grew so much at Pomona. Vivian shares how different experiences during college developed her interest in working with youth, what motivated her to later on attend law school, and then how she made the transition into recruiting.
