  • Profile photo is important. Good headshot is even better so that it is easy for VMUG members to recognize you.
  • Mention VMUG Chapter leader role on personal profile bio
  • On the Twitter profile for a chapter, specifically mention the leaders in the bio
  • For some social interaction, consider sharing your birthday. (Month/day)
  • Ensure that links are specific to the chapter/community and not the main VMUG site
  • Help members find you by ensuring that your profile is easy to find. Search for your chapter in several places and add details so that others don’t have to work as hard
