Ralleigh is an civil war descendent who was able to represent his great grandfather who was a cannon shooter in that war, on May 17,2015  The Grand Review Parade was held in Washington DC to celebrate the 150 anniversary of that day.Ralleigh marched in uniform with many other people who came to honor the Africa American over 180000 that fought in that war.
