  • Becoming Unstuck

Do your days feel like a loop you can't quite step out of? The same routine, the same patterns, the same quiet dissatisfaction, even when on paper things look fine. In this episode of Voice Notes to Your Soul, I explore why so many of us end up feeling stuck in business and in life, and why the way through is rarely about trying harder.

We talk about the patterns we repeat without ever questioning them, how they quietly shape our decisions, our businesses and our sense of what's possible, and what begins to change the moment we notice them. Whether you're a business owner who has outgrown the way you've been working, or simply someone who senses there's more available to you, this conversation offers a calm, grounded way to begin moving again.

You'll come away with a fresh understanding of what being stuck really is, a gentler way of seeing your own patterns, and a first step you can take today to feel clear and steady again.

    In this episode we cover

Why feeling stuck is often a pattern rather than a personal failing, how to recognise the routines running your life on autopilot, what it means to get unstuck from the inside out, and a simple practice to begin shifting your direction.

  • I'm doing all the things. Why is nothing changing?

You’ve done the affirmations. Made the vision board. Visualised the life you desire. Worked on your beliefs, listened to the podcasts, tried the meditations… so why does it feel as though nothing is actually changing?

In this episode of Voice Notes to Your Soul, I answer a question from someone who feels as though she’s been doing the inner work for years, and yet still finds herself worrying about money, checking for evidence and wondering what she’s missing.

And perhaps the problem isn’t that she needs another manifestation technique.

Perhaps it’s where her attention is going between all those practices.

We explore the difference between desire and continually noticing its absence; why affirmations and visualisation can support us but can also become another way of checking whether life has changed yet; and why trust becomes very difficult when we keep asking our circumstances for permission to trust.

Because the power was never in the affirmation, the vision board or the meditation.

The power is in the consciousness using them.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • manifestation, affirmations and visualisation — and what they’re actually for
    • the power of attention and where yours goes when you’re not consciously directing it
    • why constantly checking for evidence can keep pulling you back towards what isn’t here
    • desire versus focusing on the absence of what you desire
    • trust, anticipation and choosing a different story
    • why you don’t need to police every thought
    • oneness, Source and why your power was never outside you
    • how to stop turning personal development into another bloody job

And I leave you with three simple things to remember:

    Be intentional with your attention.
Use the practices — don’t give them your power.
Trust enough to put it down and go and live.

Because you weren’t supposed to spend your life trying to manifest your life.

    You’re supposed to live it.

  • How do I Trust the Universe When I don't Know What is Going to Happen?

Episode 2 — How Do I Trust When I Don’t Know What’s Going to Happen?

We hear it all the time: trust yourself, trust the process, trust the universe.

But what does trust actually feel like when you don't know what's going to happen?

In this episode of Voice Notes to Your Soul, I'm responding to a question I hear often: How do I trust when the evidence isn't there yet, without simply sitting back and doing nothing?

We explore what trust already feels like in the areas of your life where it comes naturally, why trust can so easily become another thing we try to perform, and the difference between taking responsible action and trying to micromanage an outcome.

I also explore an idea that sits at the heart of my work:

Trusting yourself is trusting the universe.

We talk about acting in the present, allowing life to meet you, listening to your own inner knowing, and recognising when checking, searching and overthinking have quietly taken you away from your own baseline of trust.

And I share how I caught myself doing exactly that while creating this very episode.

If you've been trying really hard to trust, this voice note is for you.

    In this episode:

    • What trust actually feels like
    • Why trust doesn't have to look a certain way
    • Trusting yourself as an expression of trusting the universe
    • Taking action without trying to control the outcome
    • Wallace D. Wattles and acting in the present
    • When trust becomes another performance
    • The difference between responsible action and checking from fear
    • Allowing, receiving and leaving space for life to meet you
    • Coming back to well-being and Leaving Lack Behind

If this episode speaks to you, I'd love you to share it with someone who might need it too. And if you're enjoying Voice Notes to Your Soul, leaving a review is a beautiful way to help the podcast reach more people.

  • Feast or Famine: Why Money Gets to Decide How You Feel

Feast or Famine: Why Money Gets to Decide How You Feel

We tend to think of it as a problem that comes with running a business, but is it really?

Because perhaps your feast used to be payday. Money arrived, you relaxed, you felt safe… and as the month went on and the money disappeared, you waited for the next payday to make everything feel okay again.

Different circumstances but the same relationship with money rearing it's head.

In this first Voice Notes to Your Soul, I want to look at what happens when we give money, clients, our bank balance or our next payday the power to decide how we feel; and why understanding cause and effect can completely change the way we relate to money.

We’ll explore the idea that consciousness is cause and money is effect, what I really mean when I say you are the source, and why trying to “think positively” or force yourself to feel abundant isn’t the answer.

I’ll also share a time in my own life when money arrived in a way I could never have predicted, and why, despite getting exactly what I thought would make me feel safe, I was worrying about money again within minutes.

This isn’t about pretending you don’t need money. And it isn’t about ignoring the reality of bills, mortgages or a quiet business.

It’s about asking a much bigger question:

What have I made responsible for my peace of mind?

Because maybe getting out of feast or famine isn’t about creating a permanent feast.

Maybe it begins when the famine no longer gets to decide who you are.

If this episode speaks to something you’re experiencing, Becoming the Flow takes this work much deeper — exploring self-trust, consciousness, receiving and creating a very different relationship with money.

At the heart of my self-leadership mentoring is meeting my clients in the thick of real life. I often send voice notes when something is happening. A wobble, a win or an old pattern. I offer guidance while they’re in it, so they can see differently and put what they’ve learned into practice.
