We are all familiar with the systemic racism in our society and its long lasting generational impacts. In a recent report by Brookings, it was revealed that the "400 richest billionaires have more total wealth than ALL 10 million Black American households."

To encourage a more diverse and inclusive community, we must create different pathways to technology. As the past nine months have demonstrated, digital technology has untethered opportunities from physical locations — the coastal cities and innovation capitals — enabling us to engage with talent from all walks of life and all around the world.
