Recently, I read an article called “What Is Natural Language Processing — And What Does It Mean For Marketers?” by Lauren Chamberlain. The short explanation: it’s the ability of software to understand human language.
And it matters because of the growth of quote-based queries and the importance of understanding the intent behind a users query. My experience at Voice Summit this summer only reinforced how voice is transforming the landscape of marketing.
