Psalm 34:18 says, the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. This verse is a gentle reminder that in our moments of sheer brokenness, we are not alone. The Lord doesn't distance himself from us when we are hurting. Instead, he draws nearer. And I am living proof of this."
