Voices from the Field 19 – Emergency management planning - a climate change and health adaptation project of the Confederacy of Mainland Mi’kmaq
In this episode we hear from Amber MacLean-Hawes about the emergency management planning that has been done by the Confederacy of Mainland Mi'kmaq. Over the past five years, this adaptation project comprehensively supports the 8 First Nations member communities with emergency preparedness using a holistic approach through a climate and health lens.

Dans l’épisode d’aujourd’hui, Amber MacLean-Hawes nous parle de la planification de la gestion des urgences effectuée par la Confederacy of Mainland Mi’kmaq. Au cours des cinq dernières années, ce projet d’adaptation a apporté à huit communautés membres des Premières Nations un soutien global en matière de préparation aux situations d’urgence grâce à une approche d’ensemble, dans une optique de lutte contre les changements climatiques et leurs conséquences sur la santé.
