This is one of the most exposed episodes I've made. This episode was recorded from the inside of a depression episode. Why did I record it? This isn't pretty. It isn't funny. I'm rambling. What am I trying to accomplish. I don't know but I recorded it randomly because someone somewhere gets it and I need them to know they can find a way back to the surface. I recorded one take. No edits. I pause trying to search for words but I'm here. I'm still here.  

Always give yourself another day to get better. If you don't feel better tomorrow...give yourself another day. ALWAYS give yourself another day.
