Today, we had two very special guests coming from Canada. We have met some time ago when working on #requisiteOrganization. Don Fowke who has over 40 years of leadership experience within a number of organizations & Josh Fowke who is the founder of Tuzzle providing leadership readiness assessments, developmental debrief experiences and services to develop talent.

The main topics we discussed were:

·      Finding what you are good at and enhancing your skillset

·      What is the best way to accommodate young talent in organizations based on personal and professional skills

I have known Roberto since we began working together in the States. Roberto has HR experience all over the world so it was very interesting to bring in a global perspective. We discussed all things coaching for young people entering mid-management positions and lessons Roberto has learned along the way.

Welcome to Voices from the Middle, Mike Jay is a colleague who has been a professional coach since 1988. He used to live in the great state of Texas, but has moved on. Mike has really surpassed the Gladwell test of mastery and exceeded the 10,000 hours of coaching other people. He has been working with training coaches in 45 different countries. 1000s of coaches have been trained by Mike at this point and he has written a couple of books on coaching, one of them is called "Coach 2 the Bottom Line" in 1999.
