This is a prayer Matt prays everyday that might be helpful:

Jesus this is your kingdom and you are responsible for all things in it. I know you ask me to watch over certain things in your kingdom and I gladly accept responsibility for those things alone. Do not allow me to pick up, or care for, or hold onto anything more than what you have given me today. Jesus you are my strength, I am not your strength. I release and surrender all things to you and your leadership. I place myself under your loving rule.
