I have added this rosary episode as a volume within my podcast series because I believe it is very much connected to our Catholic faith and forms who we are as catholic. The Holy rosary is a very unique prayer yet simple in formation. It is as I like to call it, 'A journey with Christ' every time you devoutly pray the rosary you effectively travel along Christs' journey comforted and led by the Virgin Mary along the way. 

If you truly want to live a holier life or wish to be given the grace to avoid a vice like lifestyle or just want direction - don't look towards a yoga session, turn towards the Holy rosary give it a go!
