This week I sit down with myself, but not in like a creepy way. 

Back from visiting my friends and family in Arizona, I wanted to take some time and reflect on the relationship I have with my father. Growing up 1 of 6, poor as dirt, and a mother that was in and out of prison things weren't great. My relationship with my dad has never been real good, to put it nicely and it is a struggle I have dealt with all my life. So here some thoughts on that.
