Dr. Adrienne W. Scott, Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore will present patient case scenarios which: apply the result of recent trials evaluating diabetic macular edema and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) to clinical scenarios, describe the rationale for the use of anti-VEGF in the treatment of diabetic macular edema and PDR, and determine patient characteristics that favor one treatment modality over another
