Back in 2021 or 2022, I started posting my random thoughts on my Instagram page at night to reflect on the day. This allowed me to release energy, but also encourage others to share their thoughts. I miss it and have decided to get back on the speaking horse by recording my random thoughts throughout the week and uploading them in volumes every Friday.

In this volume 1, I share my thoughts on shadow work, money manifestation, duality, and spiritual protection.

If you’re not familiar with shadow work, a great definition is below.

Shadow work: the practice of exploring and integrating the parts of oneself that are often suppressed or rejected. It’s a journey of self-awareness and acceptance, aiming to understand and integrate the “shadow” aspects of your personality.
