Over the weekend, Morning Show host Phil Cianciola picked up a newspaper (yes, a real, old-fashioned, printed with ink, crisp, newspaper). In the Oshkosh Harald & Neenah News, a full page article caught his eye. It was the “City Picks - Best of Oshkosh” list of the 30 categories currently accepting nominations. Missing from the list of categories? Local Radio! Of course this crawled into Phil’s craw and he was more than willing to share his opinions with listeners.
