Iskar’s inspiration originally came from classic illustrations, vintage comics, and modern pop art. After completing a degree in graphic design, Iskar moved to London for three years where he received inspiration and mentorship. When he moved back to Mexico he founded his company, Artwall Deco, where businesses and institutions can commission murals. The genesis of Artwall Deco has provided Iskar opportunities to travel and put his work in other cities and countries. During his journey’s he began to dabble more and more with street art, which has transformed into a fluent language for the artist. Additionally, Iskar works in his studio creating expos for galleries, constantly looking for ways to unite the gallery world with the street art world.
