The back and forth about masks in Provo, Utah, continues. Last week the City Council passed an ordinance requiring wearing masks in public. Then, Provo City Mayor Michelle Kaufusi vetoes the plan. Then the council over-rode her veto. NOW, there's a citizen's referendum to put this issue to the voters. We speak with Maryanne Nielsen, the organizer of the referendum.
