PJI Chief Counsel, Kevin Snider, talks about a retired sheriff deputy, who goes out to preach the Gospel on a public sidewalk outside of places like Planned Parenthood. This time neighbors complained and police sited him for disorderly conduct for refusing to lower his voice despite not using an amplification device.
