I hear it constantly: “It’s just a difference of opinion.”
No. It’s a difference of values. It’s a difference of morality.

77 million Americans decided that being found liable for sexual assault wasn’t a red line—as long as they got cheaper eggs. That wasn’t political disagreement. That was a moral choice.

So here’s the real question:
Did you expect to sit at the Christmas dinner table with a survivor—your friend, your sister, your daughter—and casually say “let’s agree to disagree” while refusing to believe women?

That’s not disagreement.
That’s complicity.

When sexual assault becomes negotiable, when accountability is optional, and when survivors are expected to stay silent for the sake of “peace,” the divide isn’t politics anymore. It’s character.
