The Voyage of the Scarlet Queen was a very creative, well-written and produced series on Mutual from 1947 to 1948. It starred Elliott Lewis, and featured many of Hollywood's best known radio actors. Its scripts were written by Gil Doud and Robert Tallman, among the best and most prolific of radio's writers. The series lasted 36 episodes.
