On this episode we brought in our first guest every, Dennis Long. Dennis is a long time friend of VETS and was actually the first client that owner and creator, Marc Gaudet, ever trained. We go into how Dennis is handling the COVID-19 pandemic as a Special Teams Coordinator for a Division 2 American Football Program, Dennis's background as an athlete and how that helped him shape into a coach, and finally what that background has changed in his own definition of success.
