On this episode I get to sit down and talk with a fairly new exceptional person in my life, Marissa Stracey. Marissa is the manager at Muscle Inc Gym where I run my training business out of. She not only is the manager here, but she also run a Spa Business as well as competes in Bikini competitions. We dive into her background and how fitness helped get her through hard times and has led her on the path to where she is today.
