The Senior Staff Association of the Volta River Authority have just concluded a discussion with the minister of state in charge of energy Mr Herbert Kraapah over the proposed merger between the Volta River Authority and the Bui Power Authority and the introduction of a separate entity to manage the thermal assets of the Volta River Authority. The move the workers say will have a negative impact on the financial strength of the Volta River Authority.
