Janet and Brian get into fitness talks. Fitness is a huge focal point in both American culture as well as Korean culture; however, the idea of what is “fit” is different. They tackle the myth about strength training making girls “bulky” as well as the differences in the way that being “fit” is perceived in both cultures.
