Continuing their conversation about life updates, it is Sammi’s turn to talk about her experiences, particularly with motherhood. Joined once again by Bre, she shares how her daughter was diagnosed with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy and how she takes care of her as a loving and supportive mother. Sammi also opens up about her latest pregnancy and how she approaches motherhood now that she has a daughter with epilepsy and a newborn child.

She's worked with hundreds of bariatric patients and helps her clients stay on track after surgery. We loved chatting with Karin and learning so much about what our bodies do after weight loss!
