In 2019, Jake lost his girlfriend in a road traffic accident that led to his world falling apart. After what had already been a turbulent few years battling with his mental health, he uses the loss of Emily to help inspire others to talk their way through their issues. Jake’s motto is that it’s okay to not be okay, and works at everyday to remind that to others.
