Today was a reminder that I asked to recover the child I was, bring her into the adult I am now and realized that includes vulnerability. That is where strength begins. It would help for context to know me as a person that vulnerability is not my first choice, it feels too - well, vulnerable. But that’s where we all began. What strengths can we recognize, recover, renew? Remember
