Sometimes allowing ourselves to be seen is scary!

I think especially as women.

Since through history women have typically been the sex that have been told to sit down, be quiet, and just be pretty...

we tend to still have some of that message running in our veins.

AND, being visible can mean being attacked!!!

But Steve Kidd (visibility coach and best selling author) sit down and discuss today how being visible doesn't just allow your voice to be heard...

but it also creates that safety net that we really want.
