On today's podcast my guest is Marcus Smith.
Marcus is a Brock University graduate with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies.
Marcus Smith, ThatMotivatedKid, is a content creator who is passionate about driving positive change in the realm of mental health. Through his vulnerable and authentic conversations, he empowers and impacts his audience to prioritize mental well-being and end the stigma
surrounding mental health.
He also strives to create a community that supports and uplifts one another through open dialogue and genuine connection. By sharing their own experiences and encouraging others to do the same, That Motivated Kid is driving the narrative forward and creating a space where mental health is not only accepted but celebrated.
He currently holds the position of Senior Volunteer Recruiter at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto and is the Founder of Rise Above Clothing Company, a brand that stands for more than just fashion. His mission is to help people win their fight with mental health and unlock their full potential through the means of fitness empowering positive change.
