Today we touch on vulnerability. I really wanted to dissect this topic and get down to the core of it. We tend to run away from fully opening up. The irony of wanting to be understood yet keeping secluded is like a paradox of misplaced validation. The more you open up the easier the journey. The only way to thrive is to be able to be vulnerable.
