Susanne was born in Germany and immigrated to the US in the early 80ies as a graduate student. An eagerness to explore different inner and outer landscapes, and a desire to understand how people are shaped by historical, cultural and familial environments, she first became a marriage and family therapist and then an academic, teaching in an individualized social science master’s program at Antioch University. She now lives on an island in the Pacific Northwest and works for Healing Circles Global, an organization committed to providing free social and emotional support to anyone, anywhere.

We will talk about:

  • Her search of meaning
  • How it was to move to a different continent
  • Differences between studying in Germany and the USA
  • How she got to Healing Circles Global
  • …
