Step 1: Reflect and Heal After leaving a toxic relationship, it's essential to take time for self-reflection and healing. Acknowledge the pain and trauma you've endured, and allow yourself to grieve the loss of the relationship. Seek support from friends, family, or a therapist who can help you process your emotions and rebuild your self-esteem.

Step 2: Set Boundaries Toxic relationships often blur boundaries and undermine our sense of self-worth. Take this opportunity to establish clear boundaries for yourself moving forward. Identify your needs, values, and deal-breakers, and communicate them openly and assertively in future relationships. Remember, setting boundaries is an act of self-love and self-respect.
