This is Episode 003 of the VulnerABLE Podcast with Jacob Wierzbicki!Home schooled until age 13, and growing up a middle child, it took a lot for him to come into his own. Finding his career path wasn't easy either. Now he's a father, successful sales man and startup founder.For some reason he always felt like he needed to fight for attention, which would cause him to do things that weren't always the greatest decision. It took him years to find his confidence, and many different careers. From a blue collar job on an oil rig, to years in project management and now in sales, he continues to learn and grow. There are still times when his straight forward, tell it like it is personality rubs people the wrong way. As he becomes more self-aware, and disciplined in his life he's beginning to become the best version of himself. Not afraid of saying yes and learning along the way has helped him in more ways than one.Today he's working his day job, being the best dad he can and building his company Underdog Social. Although he never went to college, he's now been asked to teach at one.
