Speaking of, I feel quite vulnerable uploading this in 2D and English, but also trying to comment on a specific topic, rather than just retelling recent events of my life. But that´s basically what this episode is about. How are we able to communicate and speak out when we´re in a state in which we might get hurt, might be rejected, or judged? Why would we even do it? What benefit does it have to us and/or the people surrounding us and the relationships we´re having? 

These are some of the questions I was asking myself doing this episode, and I actually hope I at least initiated some ideas and thoughts that might start some discussions going from here.
