 Meet Nidhi Arora DiFelice, lover of chai, lentils, and all foods that don't come in cans. Nidhi has been living in the US, Philadelphia area, to be precise, for over 11 years. A vegetarian by heart and choice, growing up in India watching her mom, grandmom, and aunts cook food using simple ingredients. She is passionate about food and sharing the ancient recipes she has learned from her culture and family. Nidhi feels most people in the West struggle to eat vegetarian food because they genuinely don't know enough recipes and the simplicity of creating that food. In the world of fad diets, she is here to help others cook simple and authentic vegetarian and vegan foods.

Mimi Johnson is the Executive Director of Survivors Alliance for Growth and Employment (SAGE), an organization focused on helping survivors of human trafficking and sexual trauma to regain financial independence through employment. Mimi has been working in mental health for over 7 years and has a Masters degree in Counseling. Mimi has experience providing counseling to survivors of trauma in both residential and community-based programs. She also spent 3 years leading a women’s ministry with her church. She loves hiking with her husband and 4 kids, drawing, and eating delicious food.

Welcome Austin Santangelo an adventure enthusiast with a deep notion that personal growth is the key to happiness. Traveling the world (five of the seven continents) has taught him that fulfillment is in the experiences we're blessed with and accomplishments we make. He truly believes we as a society need to resort back to our humanly instincts at a very fundamental level and that modern society along with technological advancements have gravitated us away from many of our natural behaviors. Heather Weirich is the Program Manager of the Home of Education, Arts, Resources and Technology (HEART) at Ann's Heart. The mission of Ann's Heart is to provide a place of welcome and human services to all Phoenixville area people. At the HEART, a community education center, we offer space in downtown Phoenixville for multiple nonprofit organizations to collaborate to support the community. Since 2020, Heather has been the creative force behind the growth of the HEART, working to forge community relationships, grow programs, and engage volunteers. She has developed food insecurity programs at the HEART Kitchen, providing free community meals and serving an average of 500 free meals a week. As part of the Ann's Heart team, she works with others to develop support for other programs, such as the Center for Emergency Resources at Ann's Heart (CERAH), and spearheads much of our Community Education and Outreach efforts.Along with her husband and two children, Heather is an avid mountain biker. She devotes her time outside of work to her own nonprofit, More Kids on Bikes, working to get more kids on bikes and offset the costs of the sport to ensure equitable access for kids in her community of Phoenixville.Learn more about Heather and the work of Ann's Heart at www.annsheart.org.

Living Hope Farm: Welcome Jessica Geyer who was introduced to the farm with her family as members of the CSA in 2013. Jessica started as a volunteer on the farm in the spring of 2020 and joined the farm board in December of 2021 where she served as the secretary and then the vice chair, all while continuing her volunteer roles in the CSA distribution room and in the fields. Most recently stepping down from the board in the fall of 2023 to take on administrative work and formalizing that role as of January 2024.

After 21 years of serving public school students as a teacher & administrator in Pennsylvania and NYC, Jason took a leap to fully pursue his side business, Butterhead Kitchen, where he hosts in-person & online vegan cooking class events, private dinners, community & corporate cooking demos & produces small batch vegan meats, cheeses & holiday meals. He currently resides in Allentown with husband William and their rescue dog Alfie, better known as ‘Butterhead’ the namesake of Butterhead Kitchen.
